In addition to working out at the gym nearly every day, in order to increasing his health and stamina, Brian Wortel is also focused on making sure he maintains his health through eating the healthiest food possible. By consuming the most healthful foods possible, Brian can feel the positive changes in his health and he can see how that supports an overall healthier lifestyle. Brian Wortel strongly believes the combination of healthy eating and healthy physical activity is the key to improving the quality of his life, at the same time it improves his mood and his overall disposition. Eating healthy has a lot to do with how Brian Wortel feels and it has a lot to do with his overall quality of life. Brian knows that working out and gaining a higher level of physical fitness as a major challenge that motivates him to be the best person he can be. However, it has just as much to do with his better overall mood and motivation as it does his overall physical fitness. These days, Brian Wortel knows the combination of healthy eating and healthy physical activity is the key to improving the quality of his life and how he feels. That is why he maintains a positive perspective on life. The life lessons that Brian T. Wortel has learned during the course of his career have helped him to grow into a better, more accomplished, more well-rounded person. The lessons he has learned along the way come from his career in the military, as a Special Education Administrator, and from his healthy living. Brian T. Wortel is a veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. He served as a combat medic in the United States Army. He is proud of his role in the Armed Forces and his ability during that time period to help his brothers in arms. Brian Wortel did his basic training at Fort Knox and later went to San Antonio for specialist training. From that point forward, Brian T. Wortel was able to call himself a combat medic and he has always been proud of that role. Brian is a huge advocate of living healthy. He consistently exercises six or seven times a week to ensure that he is able to keep his body healthy and fit. It is important to him to be able to live a healthier lifestyle. Additionally, he focuses on eating healthy and other aspects of healthy living. This includes running the Chicago Marathon on three separate occasions. He has also run a dozen half-marathons and too many 5Ks to count. In part because he loves to feel very healthy, but also because he likes to have fun, Brian T. Wortel is often drawn to traveling places that are warm and sunny places. Whenever he can get away, he loves to travel with his family, especially his two beautiful daughters, and he has gone with them to tropical beaches in places like Jamaica, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Honduras and the like. Of course, he isn’t averse to traveling to the mountains, to enjoy the magnificent vistas they offer. His main goal in life is to be the healthiest he can be, and travel is a great way to get there. Most of the time these days, Brian T. Wortel's focus is on on both his physical and mental health and he tries to maintain both at an optimum level. Brian works hard to maintain a healthy lifestyle, which means he likes to do a rigorous gym workout almost every day. Brian feels that heading to the gym serves as an excellent stress reliever and tension reducer, as well as an infinite source of fun. He loves seeing and feeling the health benefits of a good workout and he loves that such workouts seem to have a positive effect on his feeling of mindfulness. Brian T. Wortel and gaining a higher level of physical fitness as a major challenge that motivates him to be the best person he can be. He believes his life experience is what has turned him into the man he's become. From the time he served in the Middle East as a combat medic in the U.S. Army to his position as a special education administrator, which he held for more than two decades, Brian feels that he has experienced a lot of great things in his life and he would like to continue living life to its fullest. |
